The doctors and staff at The Riverside Medical Centre in Hull are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare.  We aim to treat all our patients promptly, courteously and in complete confidence.

If you would like to register with us, please complete one of our registration forms and new patient questionnaire that are available from our reception desks or telephone the practice or bring in your medical card.  You will be registering with the practice rather than an individual GP. 

See a GP by video with LIVI.

This practice now offers a video GP service – LIVI – to all our patients. To access the service, simply download LIVI from the App store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android), and sign up. You can get medical advice, prescriptions and referrals by video, with appointments available on the same day, even at weekends.

New Telephone System

We are aware that there are some problems for patients trying to get through on our

Access+

If you want to book a practice appointment in the evening or at weekends, you can do this through Access+. You can get an appointment with a GP, nurse, healthcare assistant or other health professional at one of three hubs in Hull. There's more information on the website www.accessplus.org.uk
